OMG! The customer service was top tier! The sweet lady that helped me was everything & a bag of chips. Lol! She was very knowledgeable & very nice & helpful. I definitely will be back! Thanks to the nice lady that helped me!!
Love it. Very friendly and a little personal
Worst experience ever. I go in there to ship a package. I wait patiently in line and I get to counter when the lady snatched my package from me and goes let me show you the self kiosk. She scanned the label then throws the recipt to me. Yeah I wont ever use this service again. This was at 945 am. This lady needs a serious lesson in Customer Service skills and just basic morals.
