EJ answered the phone and told me he didn’t think he could find it but would try. After searching for a few minutes he called me back and emailed me the tracking number I was looking for.

Why are companies like this refusing to provide actual customer service and support when you have a specific problem that the automated system will not provide. They simply disconnect the call and no matter trying to contact your local office. The same system will block you from any and ALL live assistance.
