They charge for every little thing they do. I paid less for 6 large banners with holders at another FedEx location than I paid here for 5 tiny cards.
I went to pick-up a package I had held today and before Rasika asked for my name or my ID she told her manager that "his name doesn't match the package". I'm assuming based on my skin-tone she made an assumption on what my name could be.
