Very nice and helpful at this location. Rarely have to wait for service.
Tucked out of the way, yet easy to get to. Store manager, Jesse, was good at his job. Docking the review one star only because there should have been at least one other person there to help.
I went to pick-up a package I had held today and before Rasika asked for my name or my ID she told her manager that "his name doesn't match the package". I'm assuming based on my skin-tone she made an assumption on what my name could be. Updating my review to reflect their hours. Tried dropping off a package at 2pm on a Saturday and they had a sign up saying closed until 2:30. Avoid this location.
I can't say enough good things about this team with a special shout out to Tide! A few month's ago, DHL lost a poster that I had created on Shutterfly and I needed it by a deadline date. When the package didn't arrive I called at least 5 other places to see if they could turn it around in 2 hours.This location said they could and using only a screenshot, they produced a beautiful poster for my daughter's event. They charge for every little thing they do. I paid less for 6 large banners with holders at another FedEx location than I paid here for 5 tiny cards.
