My go to person is Cassandra! She is so friendly and always willing to take her time while having so much patience.
Everytime I go to this location they are never helpful. This might as well be a self service location, without the employees.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! My mother recently went here to get some items printed and a female employee was extremely rude and disrespectful towards her for no apparent reason. The employees at the Colerain location were WAY better.
Set my package up for pick up at this location & they wouldn’t even give ME the package. What a waste of time with these people.
Fedex shipping is late. ETA is a lie. No customer service.
