Wonderful Customer Service. I called today and had the pleasure of speaking with Pam about an order I was submitting on behalf of my company. She was a joy to speak with and answered all of my questions kindly & effectively.
Very bad customer service with the lady which had a lamp didn't get her name but she needs to be fired check me for everything that was inside my boxes like every item she wanted to know that made me feel like she was trying to steal stuff when she ask that type of question this is like my third time I've been to this location with her and every time she does the same thing I will not be taking my business back to this one unless they want to get rid of her she's very nasty to her customers I will take my business to the Wes... read more
Horrible customer service here by FedEx Associate, Theresa. She wouldn't look up nor contact FedEx customer line when I came in and told her I received an overnight FedEx Envelope on 10/10/25 addressed to someone else per contents inside. She told me since it was opened, I had to pay to ship it back to DHS/Homeland Security. PII was violated by FedEx. Awful customer service from the limping lady with glasses at this location. She treated me with such horrendous disrespect and made me VERY uncomfortable. I will not be back because of her. Took my business elsewhere.
