Convenient location, but staff is really slow.

This FedEx Office location has gone downhill. FedEx was built on PSP, take care of your People, who will provide great Service, which will lead to Profits. The lady at the counter who limps (don't know her name) is rude, discourteous and acts like she is a government postal worker (which is an insult to the nice postal workers at the Mason USPS). The service is very bad, especially from the employee named Rebecca — she treats people like animals.
Theresa was a great help! Needed to scan some old photos and save to an USB drive and Theresa walked me through every step.
