I am in a FedEx basically every day shipping out packages for work and I go out of my way to try to make it to this location when I have to ship items. The staff are some of the friendliest people to do business with, and they are incredibly helpful (always willing to go above and beyond to make the visit to the store enjoyable). This location has my loyalty because of Abby, Amanda, Ben, and Dustin.
I just went in today to drop a package with a previous shipping label on a Saturday morning. As soon as I walked in, got a cheerful good morning. And in under a minute, my package was taken care of and got a receipt. Also has a friendly humourous conversation which was really a boost to the day! Great place! Now, some of u might think decent customer interaction is bare minimum for an establishment. I had a unique issue with some expensive company equipment that I needed RTS and when I didn't have any luck with customer service, I went to this FedEx location to figure out the issue. Amanda and the store manager were a big help in helping me resolve the issue.
I’ve come twice now to this location to get a simple thing done: my documents scanned. The first time, the machine froze. Today, after spending 30 minutes (and 30 dollars) the scanned document wouldn’t send. I wasted my break, and now I have to wait until Monday to get what I needed to send out.
