First and last time at this store . Customer service was the worst in a passive aggressive way . Won’t bore you with all the details but my experience which could have taken all of 2 minutes with help ,took 20 minutes because clerk said he couldn’t do what was needed. After several failed attempts by myself, clerk wound up doing what was needed in a matter of seconds . Lazy , rude or just an ass won’t be back to this location .

As someone who used to work in customer service for over 20 years. I feel the people who write bad reviews never worked in customer service. Give them grace they deal with us needy people all the time. Why complain when they try their best . All the people on here who’s complaining do better . The customer service here is very unprofessional. I told the that I needed a printed receipt 2 employees told me that the tracking form I filled out was good enough. I told the that I work for a business and need the print out for time stamping purposes and they repeat the same statement. Then the lady at the register had an attitude. I will not go back there again.

I’ve been here twice in the last 6 months. Can’t imagine any worse service. Find a different fedex—this one is not worth your frustration.
