good customer service and assistance.
Entered store at 11:15 am on Sat. No staff in store. Walked around the entire store looking for an employee. After 10 min left and started to call police thinking something was wrong. Employee finally walked out. No apology. Nothing. Very odd to leave store completely unattended!
Manager at this branch clearly doesn't care about customers. The whole fedex system is a waste of effort and energy. Go to UPS instead
