Extremely rude and dismissive staff. Not helpful at all. The three people that were in the store suck the life out of you just by being around them. UPS store is way better! Only used this fedex store due to the merchant return option.
Delivery drivers damage packages and the customer service for paying customers sucks.
Today we schedule pickup for 5 packages (large boxes ~60 lbs). Fedex never comes to pick them up within the timeframe. So I load them up and take them to the store where no one offers any help. So I scan them myself, the drop for the boxes is closed. I take them up to the counter because they are over night shipments. I'm holding five boxes that come well over my head and I ask where to put them. They tell me not on the counter, put them on the floor. Absolutely horrible. Threatened to send back packages while on our vacation! They leave a message and when you call them back you automatically get transferred to FedEx prompt that results in no one with a pulse to talk to ever!!!
Not surprising all the poor reviews on that one rude worker. Short red head, extremely rude. If you get poor service there, I encourage you to leave feedback; sometimes it works!
