The associates were very helpful, and the store was spacious and well-organized. We had no trouble weighing our shipping items. They also provided carts and perfectly sized shipping boxes, which made the process even easier. I would definitely use their services again if needed. Plus, they have sodas available for purchase if you're feeling thirsty!
I felt very unwelcome. The employee who assisted me seemed like they were annoyed to help me with my package. I suggested if it was an issue I would ship the package through my work. He ignored me. Didn't care to reassure me that it wasn't an issue. So I assume it was an issue. He has the energy of he a person who doesn't like their job. I made a report with customer service about this location. I would recommend using another location or a different company all together for your package and mailing needs.
Fedex is a freaking joke
I visited this location to print tax return forms from a thumb-drive. The Supervisor walked me through the process and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location for printing services!
Paid for signature delivery and told them I needed to see a signature to prove it was delivered. After delivery no signature available. Called customer service and a foreign speaking person I could barely understand had no idea how to help me. Went back to this store and they advised I needed an account number to see the signature. No one bothered to explain that when I paid for the service. The fact they can’t look up a signature when I’m holding the receipt in my hand for the paid for service is an absolute joke.
