I will NEVER ship with FedEx again. After paying for packing and shipping, the associate, Leah, neglected to put an apartment number on the address. Went back to the store an hour later, when I realized HER mistake! I was told the package was gone, and couldn't add the apartment number. After numerous calls to FedEx customer service ( non English speaking). They were also unable to add the apartment number. Fedex has the worst drivers and customer service out of ANY major carrier. They'll leave your packages uncovered in the pouring rain, then when the contents are ruined simply send you on the impossible mission of obtaining a written document from the huge company you ordered your stuff from saying they won't refund you. Then JERMAE on Facebook messenger wants to cop an attitude with you. Lol. Absolute joke. Ship with anyone else. Not FedEx. You've been warned!
Great customer service. They are always happy to help me when I need something printed.
Terrible customer service. Employee handed me the tape gun and said I could try and re tape my return. Then said the bag they had to use to send the package back wasn’t big enough and did not give any solutions to the problem.
