I'm pretty sure they think their job here is to decline as many packages as possible. Cheryl makes it her job to find any possible imperfections and then tells you to go to the hub because she won't do her job. I take the exact same box to literally any other FedEx location and they'll take it no problem. Avoid at all costs.
The lady at the desk was very helpful and kind. She helped me get my package out and explained the delivery date and the cost. This was my first time shipping anything and she made it easy.
If I could give them a negative review I would. The lady that works there is always happy to not help somebody. I tried to ship a box vaccines today, in an old box that previously stored alcohol wipes. This was evident by a very faded sticker on the side of said old box. She refused to ship the box, even though I let her know that I was shipping vaccines, not alcohol wipes. She did not offer to allow me to remove the old sticker or cover it up.
