The lady here is a total Karen. She finds any reason to not accept a package. Told me to take it to the "hub" which is a 20 minute drive one way. I said "great, so now I have to drive almost an hour. She said it was only 20 minutes. I helped this incompetent Karen do some quick math. 20 minutes there, 30 minutes back to my house. Stay from this location, always a pain to ship items. Cheryl is always rude and makes every shipment painful. I drive further to another location
Went in to use the notary service. The lady was giving me a hard time about leaving the buyers name blank saying “we don’t do that, I don’t know anyone who does that” the kicker? I went 12 month earlier to the same location and THE SAME LADY did it for me on the same title lmao her name , signature and stamp were all there. Crappy attitude too. You put in your resume and signed the I-9 forms. No one is forcing you to work there.
Cheryl was very rude and very unprofessional. FedEx please you need to do better.
