How in the hell is Cheryl still employed here?? Absolutely horrible customer service.
I went today to print some documents. I keep getting an error to ask for assistance but Cheryl was not very helpful at all. All she did was come over and say oh it's a security issue and walked away. No apology, no trouble shooting, and no help at all. Poor customer service.
Well, all of the other reviews are correct. That lady that works at this location is ridiculous. I needed her to do a printing job. She said do it yourself. I left. I guess Fedex doesn’t like money. Buh Bye!
Ditto to every comment about service. Kind of funny honestly. Also not open at 1245 pm lol. Driving to a different location avoid this one.
