Thought picking up my pre-ordered documents would be easy and no-stress. Unfortunately this office is staffed with lazy employees that clearly don’t want to be there. The red headed young guy that was in the office at that time essentially threw my order at me and made me pick them up one at a time instead of just putting them back in the brown envelope that he pulled them out of. I get not liking your job but it’s a job and we all have one, suck it up.
Every time I go here the service gets better. Love the guys here - thanks for doing a great job!!
Staffing is apparently a issue been here 40 minutes waiting to be waited on. Thanks for wasting my time. Won't be doing business anymore with this company.
