I dropped off an item to be packed up and sent overnight on 9/4.There is no movement on this. I cannot even speak to a human to find out what happened. Not happy.
Poor customer service. Asked for something to be laminated and after doing it i am told cut it yourself or else you will be charged. What nonsense! I just walked out. People just don’t want to go the extra step
