Location is convenient and the people were great. Here's the issue.... They will NOT take anything with a battery in it!! I have an electric scooter with a prepaid return label and checked their site before loading it up and hauling it in. As soon as I get the box to the counter, I'm told they do not accept anything with a battery and I would need to bring the package to an office 15 miles away that was closed for the weekend.
