You all new Assistant Manager Lia was very rude and I asked her how was her and she acted like she was over it and did not respond with no answer just a blank stare. I’m always cheerful when I come in and I am a jokester. Store Mgr Jonathan you might want to get with your new ASM or think of someone else for the job. This is the worst experience ever with you all I have ever had and also matter fact the next 2 customers that came up that were of a different race she treated them differently. Just left this location and I will never be back. The alleged Manager LIA was extremely rude and incompetent. I simply came to pick up a package which turned into a back and forth battle. Every customer she had, she passed off to the other gentleman because she was absolutely clueless. She disregarded me and began assisting other customers while I was standing at the counter with my toddler. The other gentleman had to assist me and was very helpful. A formal complaint will be filed with the video captured. Never again.
