Walked in and the two employees said nothing. Went to the self checkout and it didn't work. Went back to the line, no hello or anything. I just walked out. Went to Walgreens to ship. Unprofessional employees.
The boy that work today at fedex was TERRIBLE. I came in to get help with printing and the boy didn’t even leave the desk to help me figure out how to print out my items. At first when i asked him where can i print my items he just pointed to the back like where am i suppose to go to and where. I had to keep coming back to the desk for help. Very condescending attitude and a manager need to speak to him he was very dry and once he saw i was annoyed then he seem to be upbeat with other customers.By the time the manager asked ... read more
