Disaster!!!! – I have never experienced such poor customer service as I did at this Kinkos. Their staff messed up every part of my order - which included printing and binding 10 copies of a professional report. Given all of their mistakes and my numerous visits and proofs, the manager (Eric) tried to give me a 10% discount for all of the troubles, but not a single staff member of the 7 who were behind the counter couldn't even figure out how to work the system to put it on.
