I waited patiently for employees to come from the back to help only to be directed to a kiosk. When I complete the transaction wrong it’s frustrating because I literally stood and waited to talk to a person to help answer my questions. If you need help with anything and need to speak to a person do not come to this location they will not assist you but will quickly correct you when you make a mistake.
Best location to pick up my packages, Nate hold the package for us and was very helpful and Marianne even help us moving and loading the package 💪🏻
Poor communication about orders they can't process as requested. I had a 5x7 image that I needed printed and cut to those measurements. After picking up, I realized that my image was 5x6. I called the store, and they let me know that they could fix it, and when I picked up the order a second time, they gave me an order with a white border to fill in the space???. 6 hours and $30 dollars later, i still dont have a 5x7 image.
