Avoid this location at all costs. I had the absolute worst “customer service” experience here ever. EVER. The employee who came up to my husband and I was borderline aggressive. When we asked her if she could tape our packages because the items are heavy and would basically fall out of the boxes during transport: she said yes, walked away, and began to ignore us. We stood there waiting for her to acknowledge us again and hand us the tape since we clearly seemed to be inconveniencing her and she stated “I just work here”. My ... read more
Do not get a package sent to this location for gold. I did not get a notification saying my package arrived and they sent my package back to the sender after being at this location for 12 minutes. Somebody was being lazy.
This FedEx Location is just the absolute Best! My every experience here is totally Awesome! Jonathan, and Zoie are always on point! Their team are Knowledgeable and very willing to assist! They greet you with a smile, upon arrival, and departing! They go up, and beyond when it comes to customer service! They’re Excellent! Whenever I send my documents to this location, they calls me, to let me know that my documents are ready to be picked up! Get this! It doesn’t take them hours, or days! They’re the BEST!!!!
I stopped by his location today and my battery went dead and Jonathan. He’s a manager. He went over beyond to make sure I got my car jumped back off. I got back rolling He was a nicest guy, very professional, and dress well too but overall, I appreciate it help and I will be returning if I gotta do any FedExing lol 😂
