I dropped off seven boxes in GA on Tuesday 8/11 to arrive in DC on Friday 8/14. On Thursday my boxes were still sitting in the store and nobody could explain why they hadn’t been picked up. I was driving my daughter to DC to help her move, so it was urgent that the boxes would be there when we arrived. FedEx FAILED. I was forced to rent an SUV ($398 + $80 gas), pick up my boxes from FedEx after digging under all the other boxes that hadn’t been picked up. One of the employees was rude no customer service skills decided to talk and not listen I'm not going to name her but her first initial begins with an M. I ended up taking my packages to lithia springs. Much better customer service....
