Very disappointed in the service received today. I use the FedEx probably 5+ times a month for printing jobs. Monday I went in to drop off a printing job. I walked the staff member through the files and watched her put it in their system. Went to pick up today and they didn’t have anything in the system at all. I have to leave out of state today with the items that we’re suppose to be printed. Alex (I believe this was his name) didn’t offer to help print now or remedy the problem at all. He just suggested next time submittin... read more
