Nice experience and staff is really good n quick
I had an excellent experience with Samet drive FedEx customer service on Friday around 6:30 pm. The team was professional, courteous, and very helpful in addressing my needs. They provided clear communication, efficient service, and made the process smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciate the level of support and would highly recommend their services.
This location is the only one in the Greensboro area that I get prints from. The other locations do not understand what they are doing fully. Staff here is lead by knowledgeable management and are all friendly to me every time I go in.
This is the only FedEx location I go to print in Greensboro. They know their stuff and are always helpful and friendly.
I have been here a total of 3 times for different reasons every time. It solely depends on who is working... I have had very friendly and helpful staff and also staff that just seemed not excited to be there. To their defensive it is probably a boring job until it gets really busy and then is probably overwhelming, but the the store is clean, small and has all you need.
