I'd give it a zero if possible! After repeated phone calls for three weeks, they finally admitted that they lost my package. A queen size bed mind you. FYI it's kind of uncomfortable sleeping on the floor. They said they would be in contact with me to update me on the status and surprise surprise, they haven't. Terrible service, terrible communication skills, terrible all around company.
