Ashley was amazing! Huge help.
The ground driver wasn’t willing to wait a few minutes for a hot package. The customer who uses FedEx freight weekly, who spends a good amount of money on them would have really appreciated the help, but I guess not. I may use UPS the rest of the week, since they like to lose service, and money due to that lack of effort.

if i could give zero stars i would. the woman running the store was in the back while 4 people came in at different times before coming to the front. was rude to almost all of us and told me the only way to print something was through email. NEVER will i go to this location again. 9:45AM 3/4/2025
