I love this place! I had to ship my son his laptop computer, and they made it seamless. I just brought the computer and the cords and they put it in a box and they had the foam ready customize it to his laptop. Just like you bought it brand new! It shipped and it arrived in perfect condition! The service was exceptional! I saw the man come out to a car and literally bring a ham truck and load it and bring it into the FedEx. Andre was awesome and helped me create labels and return labels for a large shipment. Despite some challenges with the system, Andre was diligent and made sure I did not leave without getting everything I need.
Pathetic service. Scanned my package to skip the line but was forced to wait in line for 15 minutes just to hand my package to an employee. Great job guys Absolutely moronic
Shipped items through here locally. Their new FedEx Ground Economy /Fedex Saver option on Ebay is a scam. They turned around and charged me double for mutliple shipments 8 days later without prior notice claiming the packages weighted different when I weighed them on a scale in my home. Absolute SCAM. I will NEVER do business with Fedex again since their transparency on shipping purchase is a complete lie. Was overcharged about $82 according to Ebay.
I dropped off a package today and was greeted by Justin, who has helped me before. He’s always been friendly and professional. Today was no different... just a routine drop-off.
