I had a great experience at this fed ex location today. The employee who helped me was Dylan. I had a few large paintings that needed to be packed and shipped out and he took the time to help me and make sure it was done right. Great customer service !

The individual behind the counter was consistently rude, dismissive, and displayed a smug, unwelcoming attitude that made the experience uncomfortable from start to finish.
