They need to train their employees properly, they get confused about what they do and causing unnecessary long line. And, I wotnessed so many time over years that they always busy talking each other and not caring customers. I prefer UPS in same mall because they are faster and professional.
I had the opportunity to work in the Fort Lee office, and at first, it was genuinely a great experience. The environment was clean, the workload was manageable, and I enjoyed the day-to-day tasks. However, I was unexpectedly let go without any write-up, warning, or clear explanation. Worse customer service ever, they should hire who needs work. I think Fedex itself is useless company.
(7.13.2025) The staff on site were cordial and helpful. I ended up saving money due to their suggestions.
Terrible experience!! Maria the assistant manager DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS …. I really hope you take so many negative comments into consideration and try to better your services at this location!!! I will never be back to this location… very disappointed
