I cannot say enough about the manager there !! He was very patient with me as I lost my receipt with the tracking number and the merchant on the other side said they did not receive it. He printed everything out and needless to say I received my refund !! They are very efficient, patient and above all understanding ! I highly recommend this Fort Lee location.

Customer service is terrible i try to talk Hope to get service she is so Rude person her staff Yese kick m of from store and hope says everything is all right . Only i was trying print out my business card. I never ever go this store again.. this is so ridicilous
Every time I go to this store, the customer service is incredibly bad, indifferent and disrespectful. They even kick me out of the store because I don't give you service. Why does Fedex have to keep employees who give such bad customer service?We deserve better customer service
