Bad experience at drop off today, manager was rude, unhelpful and ushered me out.
Dropping off a corrugated box, upon entering store ,cardboard handle ripped, guy at desk wouldn't accept box due to ripped handle, insisted I buy a roll of tape for a 4 inch tear, you call this customer service, Fed Ex can't afford a 4 inch piece of tape, or was the guy simply being a sob, will not return to fed ex to find out, what a frustating and unnecessary exchange. Take their franchise away. I got the same treatment. same thing all these complaints. I got the same flack try trying to sell me packaging materials. Had to go to another FedEx.
Went there yesterday (11/1/2024), to ship a framed painting out to a friend. I was worried about it being shipped because it was fragile. The FedEx rep Chris did some job wrapping and packaging it right in front of me. It got to it's destination the following day safe and sound. I really appreciate the customer service I got. Chris was very responsive to what needed to be done and really sensed my concern. I can't thank him enough. It was old school good service. Thank you.
