My mother had a very disappointing experience at the Roseland, NJ FedEx location on the morning of Tuesday, 5/26 picking up a pre-paid order for me. The customer service was poor, and there was little to no communication from the employee on duty even when spoken to directly. The overall interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Had an issue with a delivery where one box was missing and customer service couldn’t help. Xavier took the time to look into it, explain everything, and helped locate the package before it was sent back. Really grateful for his patience and help.
