Absolutely unacceptable! The staff was unfriendly, the service abysmal, and one employee had a colossal heap of attitude. This isn't a one-off; it's the second time we've been subjected to such a frustrating experience at this place.
Would let me use a shoebox as a package and forced me to buy their box.
Justin was so helpful and knowledgeable! I called and asked about how to print a resume and he gave me the email over the phone so it would be a faster process in store. He walked me through everything and even showed me how things worked. He went above and beyond tonight and I will always come back to this location because of how great Justin was. I walked in and asked are you Justin and he said " you must be Skyler." it was the attention to details that stick out about him. Great job!
I just came in with a ton of gear cases to be sent off and a broken ankle. The customer service and assistance I received today from Riley and Justin was BEYOND my expectations! Also, Riley was so incredibly nice and patient with me the entire time. This will definitely be my shipping location going forward whenever I'm in the area.
Extremely slow. Stood in line for several minutes and everyone in the store seem to be doing something other than addressing the customers. Clearly I saw one person printing and binding several documents without even looking at the long waiting line. Worst customer service!!
