The employee failed to show for work and the store remained closed. 5 of us waited over an hour after scheduled opening.
Our house printer has been broken forever and I needed some stuff printed. Guy behind desk was informative and helpful, able to help others while I set it up and check back in on me when I was done. Explained everything and personally made sure I got what I needed. Great experience.
Didn't see a name tag. Girl didnt say 2 words to me when I dropped off a box just now. No wonder they're rated poorly!!
