Not the best. Frequently understaffed, long lines. Out of supplies. Slow service.

Adriana and her team are great. I called with a last minute project I needed done and she was extremely helpful. The follow up and overall experience was amazing. This is the true definition of customer service.
I was so surprised. The guy there was simply seeming like he wanted to charge me for every box. I received 4 items that weren't in a box, and they insisted that they had to be returned in a box. I also had 4 items to return in which I provided all labels, and he insisted on only scanning two of them until I refused to stop mentioning it. I had a large box in my car, and he refused to help me even with nobody else in the store. I think his name was Shawn.
