Reliable service!
Avoid fedex as much as possible. They upsell services and products such as quoting moderately acceptable prices for shipping on the one hand, then tricking you into paying a lot of money for a box! Pure con. Yes, you can walk away, but they time the reveal of the full price when everything is almost done. Deceptive practices. Avoid.
I hate lines and slow service. I pick FedEx on purpose because I've used this location so much and I never have to wait and they are always efficient. If it's prelabeled, there is even a machine to drop it selfservice in the front like the post office. I have shipped a lot $30k of eBay goods over the years and I find that FedEx I have less issues with damage. I also used their packing service when I had to ship a Alienware gaming laptop and didn't have the original box.
This location is always friendly, helpful., and competent. They've simplified things for us every time we've gone in. We are appreciative of their professionalism.
