I received the rudest customer service of my life at this FedEx location. I believe the employee’s name was “Shawn”, but I only briefly glanced at his name tag. There was a small shipping issue where I needed to consolidate a return into a single box. This was easily resolved when I asked to purchase a large box to combine the return order. The problem was the employee’s condescending tone and berating comments. He spoke to me as if I was a bad dog. FedEx delivered an empty package from their Leesburg location. Customer service did locate my missing item or compensate me for the loss.
Shawn at this location is the absolute best! He’s kind, professional, and so patient and understanding to make sure the customer gets exactly what they’re looking for. I always come back to this location specially because he’s there. Thanks Shawn!
I lucked out, showing up around 5pm. Thank goodness they operate until 7pm. The staff was friendly, informative, and professional. Being located somewhat out of the way, it offers nearly no-wait times. I'd definitely go back.
The staff stayed open till i got there, right at 7 and assisted with a large drop off. Very nice and professional. Really saved my day! Good to have these folks!
