Just visited this establishment and while I waited in line for the actual representatives the what I assume was the manager, he was Asian, approached me to ask what I was doing I guess since I had a black bag. I said I’m shipping a bottle, and he asked if it was whiskey to which I stated yes. He let me know they don’t ship that which I know is 110% a bold-faced lie considering we ship these engraved bottles to our promoted employees throughout the year - with at least 5 or 6 promotions a year. Kip was super nice and helpful! I was totally clueless about how to package my return and he helped me very quickly and was very kind.
Kip was really making a good hustle to clear out the after work rush of people. He helped me with my weird return need and was a champ. Great teamwork by the whole crew!
I had to ship out to really large boxes and the team there was very helpful and responsive. The negative comments must be from people that don't know where they are. Great customer service!
