I haven’t used the print and go option in a while so I was a bit lost at first. I asked one of the ladies who gave me a short and bad answer which did not help me at all. But I tried and Sylvia immediately assisted me as well as another customer. If you go to this branch, do not hesitate to go with Sylvia. She’s willing to assist with a smile and great attitude.
Last Friday, December 5th, I received a package that was misdelivered by FedEx. I called FedEx, and they told me they would come pick it up at 3:00pm on Saturday, December 6th. I waited, but no one came. Today, Wednesday, December 10th, I ended up taking the package to FedEx myself. I am not pleased with this experience.
I asked one of the staff members for assistance, but she responded with an attitude. I believe she could improve her customer service and communication with customers.
Worst customer service ever, try to sell their boxes to you, reject every single box you bring in!
This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to FedEx for the first time to return a package, and the older woman working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked if my return was finished, she didn’t answer properly—she just yelled “HAVE A GOOD DAY!!!” with a very annoyed face. Then she even laughed at me as I was leaving. I regret even saying thank you. She should not be working there.
