Excellent customer service! The man who helped me today was extremely respectful and courteous, and wasted no time in assisting me! He even ran to my car and handed me my phone when i accidentally left it on the counter! Wajid (i believe was his name) is an excellent employee, highly recommend!
What a trash place. I went to return a shoe. They said the shoe box is not enough, easily get cracked down. Forced me to buy another shipping box. Then I asked if I bring a trash bag could do the job. Still no but someone with a thin paper wrap could. Lmao. Imagine A thin layer of paper wrap helps prevent the box get cracked.
The older lady who works here is grumpy and unpleasant. Makes rude comments and obviously does not want to be there
