What a trash place. I went to return a shoe. They said the shoe box is not enough, easily get cracked down. Forced me to buy another shipping box. Then I asked if I bring a trash bag could do the job. Still no but someone with a thin paper wrap could. Lmao. Imagine A thin layer of paper wrap helps prevent the box get cracked.
The older lady who works here is grumpy and unpleasant. Makes rude comments and obviously does not want to be there
Terrible customer service. The lady was unhappy that I asked her to check in my package and told me they have a kiosk for customers' benefit. I'm the only customer during my time at this location. After I told her I don't come into FedEx that frequently, she told me that's what everyone says. FedEx should really evaluate their personnel assignment. This lady obviously dislike dealing with customer so why is she assigned to a customer service role?
