This is my second time visiting the store, and both times the manager and staff have been super friendly. They always offered me different options to help, and I feel they really make a difference. They’re doing a great job thanks again!
Very bad experience with the staff. The lady who attended me was rude, impatient, and not helpful at all. She had a very unpleasant attitude and clearly had no interest in assisting. I speak both Spanish and English, and I tried to communicate with her to see if she could understand me better, but she rudely responded that she only spoke English, without making any effort to help or understand. I definitely do not recommend this place.
I had a great experience here thanks to a kind staff member — silly me, I didn’t catch her name! I had to return to retake my passport photo due to some specific requirements. Their preset camera couldn't quite accommodate what I needed, but she went out of her way to help by taking the correct photo using my phone. I really appreciated her patience, kindness, and dedication. It made what could’ve been a frustrating situation feel easy and stress-free. Thank you so much!
