Every time I go in to this location, I feel like I’ve entered a parallel universe where everything operates in s-l-o-w m-o-t-i-o-n. They manually ask and single-key type each piece of information. There can be a long line but other employees don’t leave their quiet areas to help. Seriously, I think this is where people work when they get fired from the DMV for being too slow.
Terrible store. Severly understaffed. The in person that IS behind the counter, just stared at me. No acknowlegement. Same story yesterday with ine employee. Stay away.
Went to Fedex office on south hill to print My daughter's birthday invites, never again. What a nightmare. I've been there once before and had a good experience. The guy printed the invites, cut and trimmed them nice and it only cost me around 25bucks. This time, the lady printed out double the amount of invites I needed. Cut them in half all uneven.
