Great staff. Usually no waiting.
What an experience! I have severe social anxiety when it comes to people waiting on me and angry Karen's being impatient, but not this trip! Every single person I worked with were beyond kind and helpful (I had 9 different labels to print out) and I would rate 10/10 if I could. Apologies to the nice man who shook my hand at the end of it all and had to deal with my sweaty palms.
Visit was on December 21st (if it matters) in the early afternoon. Every time I have gone to this (BonneyLake) FedEx (which isn’t that many times maybe 5), the young Men especially employees were so incredibly helpful and kind! I have no idea what happened or if you are just hiring anyone but sadly, it sure seems like it! Like my Boyfriend said, if you are not good with communication & kindness 101 then find another job.
