I didn’t end up printing at this location but Tony went above and beyond to help. He referred me to another nearby FedEx Office, called them to make sure they could handle my rush printing, and essentially saved the day. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Excellent customer service!
Customer service was excellent, was very helpful and friendly.
They requested an additional charge because the service is provided inside the Hotel. This is likely their internal regulation. In any case, it would be advisable to visit the other office in Dartmouth st directly. This is what they informed me there, to be honest.
Omg that’s crazy they charged $30 just because it’s inside of the hotel not good
They charge a 10 dollar shipping fee even if you have a label
