Walked there and it was a weird location. Inside a hotel. I got lost and called 2 different phone numbers that are registered on Google. It didn’t work just random noise. I finally find it. They tell me it will be a fee since it’s a hotel. Then JJ proceeds to reach into my purse and ask if that’s what I’m returning. I put my hands on his hands and told him not to reach into my purse. I wouldn’t even give yall a 0. The worst company. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Never ever trusting yall with shipping my packages ever again. They will take your money that’s it. They don’t care about anything else.
Don’t be fooled, this is NOT a normal FedEx. They will not accept your already labeled and wrapped packages unless you pay them “since it’s inside a hotel”. It would be helpful if they clearly mention this online SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE. As I think back on my experience this morning I wonder if they were discriminating against me, or simply didn’t want to help me (guy was on his phone when I arrived and I had to greet him to even get him to look up) and just said this to me to get me to leave because after googling it and asking... read more
I didn’t end up printing at this location but Tony went above and beyond to help. He referred me to another nearby FedEx Office, called them to make sure they could handle my rush printing, and essentially saved the day. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Excellent customer service!
