Omg that’s crazy they charged $30 just because it’s inside of the hotel not good

Kudos to Tony at the Fedex Centre! My daughter was travelling to Boston and I had shipped a warm jacket, shoes and some essentials to her at the Sheraton. He replied to all my numerous emails and tracked down her parcels and reassured me from afar that it was all ready for her. He went above and beyond the call of duty and even helped me track down lost Instacart parcels after she had left Boston. Simply exemplary and much much appreciated during this winter storm! I cannot thank you enough!
