The staff is super helpful! I had a print sizing issue, and despite being super busy, David helped me get the perfect poster printout in time for my presentation. 5 stars for customer service!!
Massively understaffed for the day a giant conference closes out. This conference was organized a year ago, how is this a surprise?
Check prices BEFORE doing any business here. They have a 3x multiplier for all services than what you pay using a FedEx center a mile away! They say convention center pricing; but prices are so high it’s almost shockingly ridiculous!
Tony and his team at the BCEC FedEx are fantastic! While producing a massive event at the BCEC, my agency was suddenly in need for extra attendee badges. Tony went above and beyond, and stayed for hours past closing time and got them all done. Thanks again Tony!
Computer system didn’t work. 45 minutes to mail one package. And they charged me an extra $10 for the privilege. Go elsewhere.
