I am at a teacher convention and stood in line in this office for over thirty minutes as the manager, Kevin, chatted and stopped packing other boxes to make a quip. At 4 pm he informed those of us still in line, and we had been for at least thirty minutes that he could only help those who already had items on the counter. His service was unacceptable.
