Absolutely 0 customer service
Absolute scam. Sold something on ebay and already paid 12 for shipping and then they have the gall to charge me another $12 dollars for a singular box and ‘packaging’ fees. I hope this company drowns in debt. UPS and USPS put this place to shame. Will never be using fedex again

Probably laziest employees I’ve ever seen. They think and move at the slowest speed ever. The internet is also terrible . It’s whoever works on Tuesdays around 5:30
