Came over here to print a document, I'm not very good with computers. I'm a roofer. So he handed me a card and said attach it to an email linked to this card. Was not sure exactly what he meant, so I asked him if he could walk me through it. So he repeated himself to me saying the same exact thing. And again he returned to just being on his phone. Cant deliver a package and knock to save their life, and the counter people be just as pitiful
I don't need to mail things often, especially on a time crunch. I walked in to this location, luckily they weren't busy at the time. The gentleman immediately asked if he could help me and I showed him what I needed sent and asked him could if we could get it there by X day. He told me it wasn't a problem, provided me an envelope/packaging sleeve, provided me several options for shipping and their cost. It was a very easy check out and I was on my way. Thank you for making it easy!
I had to send important documents today, the customer service was professional and friendly as opposed to the P-office the up yours store 😎
I went to return something from Chewy and used the same box it came in which was damaged by FedEx when they left it. The guy at the desk told me I needed to buy a new box for $16.28. I was shocked he wanted so much for a box. I asked him why so much and he told me that's what they cost and I could go get a box somewhere else. He was rude and had a don't care attitude.
