Halie and Shawn are so incredibly helpful, even when they are overwhelmed with customers. Every single time I go in they set aside the tasks they are working on in back to come greet and assist in every way possible!!! Excellent customer service!
Not happy with FedEx corporation. The employee at this particular store was very nice and accommodating. I don't have a problem with this particular store. So what happened? I went into the store Friday paid extra for overnight delivery to Texas Package was shipped and made it to the FedEx distribution center in Texas on Saturday, but no delivery attempt was made. Fantastic Team at this store!! Manager Haley and ast manager Michael helped me out BIG time with a printing job I needed quickly for sandwich board signs!!! Got them done in 20 minutes for me and laminated!!! Grateful to you!!
Michael is the most helpful and kind employee. Truly an angel! He is so patient and knowledgeable. Even though it was a busy day, he took the time to help print out special signs for my baby shower, it meant the world to me. Thank you Michael, you’re the BEST!
