Unbelievable..... RUDE.....the little gal was so snotty. How do places like this stay in business? Do not use this location go somewhere that they value your business!
Have been shipping things the same way every month for more than 5 years been going here every so often sending things the same way. I was told that my package had a bulge and could not go out. Mind you it was secure and the package was done the same as the previous 600 drop offs. The individual was rude demeaning and was just looking to make money by packaging things themselves. I went to a different location packed things up and dropped it off without an issue. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!
I've been going here for years. The one tall gentleman that has been there for years is great but today I dealt with a young girl who had the WORST attitude from the second I started talking to her. Then when trying to get her to look up my business account she is giving me all kinds of reasons why she could, that I would need proof of this or that, I explained I am the owner I have all the ID you need. I print documents weekly at various FedEx Office locations throughout the valley, and I’ve never had such a poor experience. The employee I worked with was rude, tried to overcharge me, and blamed putting the binding on the wrong side on me when I clearly told her what I wanted. Definitely avoiding this location in the future!
USPS gave me the run around with a label they should’ve been able to print out and sent me here. Shawna was happy to figure out a way to send my package that wasn’t initially set up for fedex. Everyone was very friendly, and they helped me figure out a head ache that wasn’t their problem!
