The folks that work here are very nice and helpful. I was not sure how to go about doing my return and they walked me right through it. The store was clean and well kept. It was early, so there were not a lot of people in the store. Parking was good.
I’ve been here a few times and have had great experiences with all of the employees except Shawna. The reviews are correct and she is condescending and rude. She “educated” me on what type of box to use for my return and squeezed my box to show that it was ripping, which made the rip worse, rather than actually being helpful. I’m not going here again and will be taking my business to other FedEx locations. Spencer is the best customer service was amazing
I’ve been here multiple times now. The staff is so friendly, helpful and willing to help in any way, they deserve to be recognized. My packages are reasonably priced and delivered on time.
