This was my first time utilizing this FedEx location. I had some timely packages to get out and McKenna was very friendly and accommodating. A few hours later when I realized I had not documented one of the tracking numbers, I called back and McKenna not only told me that the tracking number would get emailed when it left the building but then read the tracking number over the phone for me. I had a foam sign printed that wasn’t to my expectations, and the team was extremely friendly and helpful in making the adjustments needed to make it right. Shout out to Mary and Chad!!!
Tried to drop off a package at 6:35pm and the doors were locked. It says on the door they’re open until 7:00pm. Drove all the way up to Fort Wayne from Huntington, 35 minutes, expecting them to be open.
