I would agree with others about the unhelpful & rude employees at this location!
I had to ship a death certificate and will. Went to FedEx because I trust the brand and have a long history of satisfaction. Today, I was asked for a drivers license to send my package. I haven't had that asked before because I usually just drop in a collection box or kiosk. When I asked what the driver's license was for, I was told by the millennial working the register that Fed means Federal. Since they are a government agency, my ID was required to ship with them. This is the best fedex location i have ever used.. Great service !!!
I had a really bad experience in this store. Miya, a black woman wearing glasses, was unkind for no reason and responded to me with an angry expression and voice tone. I don't want to think that's because I'm an Asian woman. But I hope you treat customers more professionally with kindness and smile. Otherwise, this woman deserves to be fired.
Horrible customer service. Simply asked how to make a 2 sided copy. Was willing to do it myself. Refused to help.
