For several years I've always sent print jobs here but I think it's time for a switch with how things have gotten. Understaffed, slow, unprofessional. Disappointing because this used to be a good location.
We've been using Fedex all around the country and this branch is definitely one of the top tier!
I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx Store. I came in with 36 packages that needed to be shipped — a fairly large order — expecting professional assistance and a quote. Instead, both employees told me they could not provide a quote and that I should call instead. But the reason I came to the store in the first place was because I couldn’t get a quote online. I’ve never had an issue and always good service, but the guy with the curly hair and nose ring was VERY RUDE. He clearly needs some customer service training!!!
The employees at this location are some of the rudest I’ve ever experienced. I have used this location multiple times for print jobs bc I live pretty close, but I’ve had multiple issues with my orders and they’re always very dismissive about it. I picked up an order clearly printed on glossy paper and was told it was matte, despite me previously ordering prints from the same location on matter paper that look completely different.
