I had a really bad experience in this store. Miya, a black woman wearing glasses, was unkind for no reason and responded to me with an angry expression and voice tone. I don't want to think that's because I'm an Asian woman. But I hope you treat customers more professionally with kindness and smile. Otherwise, this woman deserves to be fired.
Horrible customer service. Simply asked how to make a 2 sided copy. Was willing to do it myself. Refused to help.

Always have had a good experience. Thank you for your help. Friendly staff and self serve package drop off with a receipt is helpful when the store is busy.
Easily the WORST location. The printers kept giving me error messages and after I tried multiple times I finally asked someone if I could email it in. It was ONE piece of paper, black and white. He told me it would be tomorrow. The only person who was helpful was the person in TRAINING. I literally have a problem every time I go here because the employees are either rude or lazy. AVOID THIS PLACE.
