Great customer service!
tried to call yesterday for a job and was told they are too busy. Called back today, gently, to ask if they could help with a quick print job... and yikes got snapped at on the phone again. Came on here and saw that is clearly the vibe
I don’t know where people get just basic manners and or customer Service skills, but barring me being required to use FedEx to ship something I don’t think I’d go out of my way to use them. I was greeted by an older gentleman who greeted me with “what you got“ And after providing me the label to ship my package, he walked away from the counter to do something else. I extended the courtesy and said thank you and received in reply “uh-huh”.
Bad customer service
Bad experience. Came two times and both time I was unable to get my work done here. Seems like the staff do not want to work.
