I had to ship a death certificate and will. Went to FedEx because I trust the brand and have a long history of satisfaction. Today, I was asked for a drivers license to send my package. I haven't had that asked before because I usually just drop in a collection box or kiosk. When I asked what the driver's license was for, I was told by the millennial working the register that Fed means Federal. Since they are a government agency, my ID was required to ship with them.
