Great service
Rude and offensive customer service. The representative should not deal with the public, period. I will not return.
The service attitude was very unpleasant. She greeted the man in front of me in a very friendly, cheerful manner. She was very annoyed with me; she looked furious. When I needed her help, she ignored me and talked to her coworker instead. It's terrible for a shipping company.
