Walked in needing to ship something and of course I had no service on my phone to pull up my label 😩 already stressed out. But Tori greeted me with the friendliest smile and the patience of Job lol. She was so helpful, patient, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and she truly went over and beyond. Please keep her around because people like her make a difference. Thank you again, Tori!

Janaira was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She printed my business flyers quickly and efficiently—I came in on a Thursday afternoon, and by Friday morning she had already called to let me know they were ready for pickup. What really stood out was her attention to detail and communication. When she noticed something that needed clarification, she reached out to me right away to confirm before moving forward.
