I was very disappointed in my experience with FedEx this weekend. I visited to have a program printed after researching online. I was quoted a price over $100 more than what I saw online. The employee then struggled to explain why the cost was more expensive. When I picked up my order today, it was MORE expensive than what I was quoted. I don’t understand why FedEx doesn’t have an order form set up in their stores. I was never contacted about my order being completed.
