I was very disappointed in my experience with FedEx this weekend. I visited to have a program printed after researching online. I was quoted a price over $100 more than what I saw online. The employee then struggled to explain why the cost was more expensive. When I picked up my order today, it was MORE expensive than what I was quoted. I stopped by this FedEx Office location one afternoon recently and found the store already closed during posted business hours. There was a handwritten sign on the door saying “Back at 4:00 PM,” but the entire parking lot was empty—no employees, no service, and no explanation.
