I stopped by this FedEx Office location one afternoon recently and found the store already closed during posted business hours. There was a handwritten sign on the door saying “Back at 4:00 PM,” but the entire parking lot was empty—no employees, no service, and no explanation. I came back a little later, and the store was still closed with the same sign. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. I needed a large print job completed ASAP. I called this location as it was the nearest to me. I spoke with Kisha by phone who gave me an email to the store location, and very clear instructions on how to send my order by email so that she could TRY to print it before I arrived, but advised she was the only one in the store at the time. 20 minutes later, when I arrived Kisha was finishing with another customer. These people cannot properly pack a shipment to save their lives. Do yourself a favor, don’t trust/pay them to package anything for you.

Walked in, no one said anything. No “hi”, “hello”, “how can I help you”, “I can get you at this counter”, nothing. No one even looked my way when I approached the counter. I turned around and used the self service option instead and left.
