There is a white lady, with white/grey hair. She is absolutely rude to people. Fedex should not have employees like this. I came Saturday (2/7) , she was absolutely rude to a young man. They are to stupid to send a FedEx package pack to the sender, even though there's a prepaid return label. FedEx is becoming more and more useless
