i have received several packages of live animals and all the packages have come on time and with their tracking system i am able to have the package held at the clarksville office so i can pick them up after work.

these guys suck.. its all about them not about the persons package they have. i have to drive to nashville to get my package because im in school and thier driver wont come at any other time. just use UPS
I sent a package priority overnight from Memphis to my wife in Cunningham. On the tracking website, the note said it could not be delivered because either the business had closed or no one was there to receive the package. It was to my house right by Mont. Central High School, and my wife was there all day long. I don t know who they hire as drivers, but at least they could use Google maps or something. Now, not only did my package not get delivered on time, I m out the money I spent for overnight delivery. Like David said, ... read more
