I visited this store today in need of receiving some faxes. I asked the clerk for the fax number; he gave it to me. I left and went next door to Jersey Mike's to grab a sub. I came back 10 minutes later and asked the gentleman if the fax was ready. He looked at me and said it could take 2-3 days or 30 minutes. I visited this FedEx Office on Winchester Rd in Memphis to print photos for a meaningful wedding gift—and what should’ve been a simple errand turned into nearly 2 hours of pure frustration and being ignored.
