I usually don't write reviews but needed to due to my experience today at this location. I have frequented this location for the last 4 years and had no problems; most of the employees are friendly and great. But today's associate, "Kay," was rude and dismissive from the time I entered the store. I had two return packages, and she just redirected me to use the kiosk bluntly, even though there were no other customers.
