Sonya helped me. I'm in the process of getting ready to close on my first home. I had some very important information for closing documents that needed to be faxed asap. She was amazing and helped me throughout the entire process. It was truly a great experience, and being in the middle of the loan deal on my house. I'm filled with so many emotions trying to ensure a smooth transaction. Sonya definitely went above and beyond. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and happy healthy new year!
Sonya was rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful. Although she wasn't able to give any answers or help, she was definitely able to provide attitude in the process of getting nowhere.
They mess up every print job sent to them, lose the order, also print them on the wrong paper. Terrible service.
Usually the staff is friendly & helpful despite seeming overworked. Went to drop off a package on my way to work and doors were locked with no one there 15minutes after open hours. Sad to see what is likely another occurrence of a company preferring to hurt themselves in the long run instead of spending a little more for fair wages/more employees
