how do you a customer service phone number and they don’t answer the phone I been waiting for over an hour and a half
I was unaware they opened at 9 am and arrived 15 minutes early. The woman saw I was disappointed, opened the door, and helped me send my package. Great service!
very rude employee, not willing to help but just yelling.
Person at the front desk was rude, was not listening and kept trying to rush me. Let her know that my two packages were both domestic shipments and I did not need rush shipment, she told me that the cost for one would be $120 (for a 2 pound package) to go from STL to DC ground shipping. Decided to leave, went up to street to UPS and was able to ship everything for $45.
