Called in about an issue with my AT&T equipment return. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, dismissive, and would not allow me to even finish speaking before she decided to interrupt me and talk over me. Basic customer service skills must not be a trait she possesses. Will not be going back here for anything I need in the future.

Extremely helpful staff. I went to another FedEx Print/office location and had problems with 2 documents that were not printing via the “Printandgo’ code. I spent 45 minutes at the other location before coming to this one. The representative had me send the troublesome documents to the store email and printed them for me. Great customer service!

I sent package as gift and this clerk sent my package as a sales shipment, so my friend was charged tax. I specifically told the clerk that this was a gift to the recipient not a sales transaction. Maybe he didn’t know what he was doing, but he screwed my friend over

I was having a really hard time getting my documents to print using the retrieval code. The team was very kind, tried to troubleshoot, and (once the documents were deemed cursed) helped me print them. Thank you for your patience and making a frustrating experience much better!
