The gentleman that helped me with my return was extremely kind & professional. Great experience!
I placed an order for invitations and my ETA was 6:00pm. I arrived at the store and they weren’t done. The manager informed me he was down two employees for different reasons but he pulled my order and let me know he would have them down in 15 minutes. We left and came back 15 minutes later and they were ready sitting on the counter. I just appreciated him pulling the order and doing them asap. He was very kind, very professional and it was all around a great experience. Thank you again!!
The worst customer service from the older gentleman that worked this afternoon. He was so rude and very condescending.
I never dread having to use this FedEx location. Jason is always tremendously helpful and kind. They provide an exceptional customer service experience in a time when that’s hard to come by.
