Shout out to the manager Jason. Exceptional service, I had to drive an hour from Poplar Bluff to return work equipment. My job dropped the ball, he quickly provided a solution.
I had to ship some wifi equipment back to AT&T and the barcode they gave me was invalid. Jason Rau went above and beyond to enter the return manually, and then followed up by sending me an email receipt and called to ensure that I got it. He was very professional, but also cares about customer relations and outcomes. On top of that, he’s just an all around nice guy!
The staff was super friendly and efficient! Thank you for a great experience!
