Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE I think the man name was STEPHON. I was waiting in line this morning & he came from the back of the store and LITERALLY looked like he just woke up hair was all over the place, tie was turned around, eyes red etc. THIS MAN HAD THE AUDACITY to just stare at me and I asked are you wanting me to come over and he said yea. Just dropped off a package at the Wentzville FedEx store. Person working behind the counter was very rude. Not friendly at all seemed very stressed. Did not even acknowledge us when we came into the store there were about four people after me in the store as we all waited in line. He also almost wanted me to move my package to the other counter he didn't even offer to help. Then when he scanned to print out my code he dropped my receipt on the counter and didn't even hand it to me in my hand. I will definitely continue to us... read more
Dropped laptop off on Monday for 2 day shipping. Tracking is still only "label created" and no movement 3 days later. They say "all packages get put on the truck" with no additional help besides telling me to open up a case. So the package is either on the truck driving across the country unscanned, or my laptop was stolen.
