Unfortunately, our previous glowing review has been diminished (3 stars removed) and tainted by Alisha - she is literally the worst. All the four times we have worked with her previously, there have been major miscommunication such that the manager or ***literally anyone else*** usually has to step in to fix. Last time, James had to step in to help. Alisha is extremely distracted as she works, has very little notion of customer service, and gets extremely defensive when you address the gaps. The employee's behavior was extremely disrespectful. I struggled to understand her, and instead of being helpful, she and her colleague found it amusing. I left without receiving any service. It's important for them to realize that not everyone knows everything, and it's never acceptable to make fun of others. I hope they learn the value of kindness and empathy, so they never inflict the same hurtful feelings on someone else.
Been to laurel FedEx this morning only to meet a little girl with anger issues. Don't want to help for any reason. She need to be retrained on hw talk to customers & assist a customer who may not know much
