The two guys who work there go out of their way to he rude. They walk away while your saying excuse me to ask a question and disappear in back for a while to come back out and give you a one word response with an attitude. I truly think they both are miserable and want to scare customers away. Both have attitudes and give you one word answers or an answer that feels as if you are bothering them. I left with no help. I wouldn't recommend.
If you want your stuff stolen this is a great place to come to. Dropped off a package which contained an iPhone in its trade in return box. Next day I received the same box returned to my address with a "return to shipper" type label over and it appeared the box was tampered with and when I opened it, there was no phone. If you ever shipped an iPhone you know there's no way it fell out or came apart. Called this location and it directs you to a call center and they notified me it was never even scanned in at the location. Ha... read more
