I had multiple boxes I was shipping and needed extra help with a few things. Mike and Steve at the Oak Creek Fed Ex location went above and beyond with customer service to make things easier for me. I really appreciated them going the extra mile and wanted to give them a shout out!

I went to the store today to return an iPhone to Apple. The guy helping me totally refused to send the device back because it wasn't in the right box. Seriously? Apple gave me a return box, and FedEx told me not to use it. Instead, they made me rip it apart and pay almost $15 for their phone box. Apple gave me a return box. Why would I buy a box from them?
