Michael was the person that helped me out. He greeted me when I came through the door. He was very helpful and had a great attitude!
I went to the store today to return an iPhone to Apple. The guy helping me totally refused to send the device back because it wasn't in the right box. Seriously? Apple gave me a return box, and FedEx told me not to use it. Instead, they made me rip it apart and pay almost $15 for their phone box. Apple gave me a return box. Why would I buy a box from them? The manager us rude pretty sure he was drinking smelled booze on him
I had one of the most unprofessional experiences here. I was helped by a lady who made a big deal about me sending my equipment for my company back to them. She gave me attitude about sending monitors back because she did not want to pack them. I even offered to help pack some of the boxes which I was willing to do, but it’s still not good. customer service. Overall, bad experience and I will not go back to that store. I’d rather drive 20 minutes extra to go to a better store.
I had a small issue with a sign I had printed here, called and they were willing to help ASAP. Steve made sure to check the files and print for me and made sure I could take my sign home same day. Really appreciate the care and consideration all the team members had and would absolutely come back for more printing services in the future!
