There use to be such good people working there now they over charge for things that were printed by mistake, can’t use tape on packaging if not fed ex but you paid for print out of labels! And overall rude to customers!
If you need to call, get ready for 30 minutes of electronic prompts just to not be able to speak to anyone. There is no actual way to speak to people in this building if you have questions or problems.
